Please stop pushing memberships when you pull up to choose a car wash. I don’t want to talk to anyone or be pressured to sign up for a membership every time I drive through. Honestly, please get rid of the tenant too because some of us don’t like talking to people — I don’t need or want help. I’m capable on my own.
The employees here are awesome and knowledgeable, great service!
No way to easily cancel. They require 5 - 7 days notice to cancel. They will not allow unlinking of your credit card on there online platform. Super sleezy membership business model. Once I’m canceled I’ll never use the wash again. You should be able to cancel on the drop of a dime and they should not be able to hold your card. This is not Amazon.
