After being with cannaway for many years . I was informed that the doctor i was connecting with had left the clinic. I was told then i would need a referal. They offered no solution . When i sent an email i was blocked because i asked for a solution . Some Kenny guy. I would suggest you go elsewhere . This clinic is useless and really doesnt care about patients. The preach compassion but ignore patients. Stay away. Do yourself a favour . Go to a better clinic. Cannaway is garbage
I FOUND THE CANNAWAY CLINIC IN OAKVILLE VERY HELPFUL. THE DOCTOR WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND SO WAS THE NURSE EDUCATOR. THANK YOU
VERY and I mean VERY SLOW to help and would only offer a very low dose prescription. I was told I would get my prescription within 1 hour of being prescribed. Here we are over a week and a half later and nothing. Left two voicemails and even gave them 3 days to get back after each message. NOTHING.... I mean that pretty much sums up my experience here. Just a big waste of time. Thanks guys
