If you cant take 'em with you.....take 'em to the Cabana – Until we found Canine Cabana we never felt comfortable going on trips and leaving our doggies. Lisa and her staff are top notch and very caring. They really get to know the dogs and it is apparent that they love what they do. We never hesitate to take our dogs there for day care or for extended stays. We are so glad we found Lisa and Canine Cabana.
Excellent Cage Free Day Care – We have 2 dogs that often visit Canine Cabana, especially on our 3-4 day out of town trips. The owner, Lisa, is one of a kind. She knows every single dog (and their personalities!) that comes through the door. Lisa immediately greets you and your kiddos like you are one of her family members. She has caring staff, too. Excellent doggy day care! – My dog, Trudie, fairly jumps out the car window trying to get to the front door when we drive up. She adores Lisa, the owner, and her staff. She was a big barker/whiner when she first got there but she is getting much better. I don't want her to bark incessantly and I don't want her listening to other dogs who do the same thing so that she comes home and does it. Would never bring my dog here. – The only thing this place going for it is the fact that everyone there really loves dogs. They have to because there's only like 2 people working at a time ever! They need to hire more staff. It stinks as soon as you walk in and there's visible urine and feces, even on the places where the dogs sleep. The smell made me want to sneeze and gag and leave right away. They mix the big dogs and tiny dogs, and the tiny dogs sometimes get trampled or are too scared to leave the dirty beds. Okay place... – I worked out my problems with the owner. I don't know if it was my bad review that prompted the owner to call me or what, but we have settled everything now.
Best Cage free day care and boarding – Canine Cabana is fantastic, as the other two reviews indicate. We take our dogs there regularly for day care and also have boarded them when we travel, for periods of time up to one week. We have used other cage free facilities for day care and boarding over the years, however this one tops the list. Lisa, the owner and her staff and loving toward the dogs and really care about them. Fantastic Dogcare! – Canine Cabana is a great place to leave your dog while you are gone for the day or for overnight stays while you are away on vacation or a business trip. I have a small dog who has a great time while he is there. He even gets excited when we pull up and he knows he is going to spend a day with other dogs. This place is also great if you have one dog, that way you can take your dog in some days so that they can learn to be social. A wonderful, loving haven for dogs – Canine Cabana is fantastic. I boarded my dog there when my husband and I went on our honeymoon, and I swear, my dog was depressed when we came back to pick her up and take her home. Lisa, the owner, is wonderful. While we were away, she e-mailed my mother and best friend videos of my dog, so they could see what a good time she was having. Plus, she knows the dogs, which is really nice.
