First- parking was HORRIBLE. And by horrible I mean I waited 25 min to find a regular spot (trumbull county fair has their parking attendants knowing HOW many spaces are available in each row) the parking "boys" who were teenagers were screaming foul things to the people coming out of the fair in their vehicles (faggots, gays, the n word a couple of times and even told an elderly couple to shut their fu**ing mouth and keep driving because she stopped to ask if a spot was open) Second- the amount of wait time for me to get ou... read more
I give five stars for nice fair as always I don't care about rides but we love the fair food and walking around seeing all the stuff but wish the people that directed us in to park would do the same leaving u got cars going out left and right and only having the main drag have cop there is not a enough to keep the traffic flowing little better but all was a great time
Travel to Ohio every Labor Day weekend just to go to the fair. Many memories , family gatherings brought our children and now introducing our grandson to the fair.
Great place to hang out at it's a shame they double printed tickets to the durby and no tractor and truck pull last night too bad on mother nature got in the way I'm sure they lost too much money last night! Agnew display looks great thanks to Donny for all your help and also to the people who provided the mini barns for the display!
Love the experience although I've only been there twice before there was so much to see and deep fried buckeyes yum lol only thing I didn't like was the weather
THE CANFIELD FAIR WAS AS GREAT AS USUAL... I never missed a year in the last 50 some years.... I would like to suggest tho that you set up more picnic tables and resting benches... I have Lupus and get tired easily and unless you buy food from a vender with table and chairs behind , there is no where to sit down and eat food that is not a walkable food... This fair is usually more special than the other nearby fairs
Been attending the Canfield Fair for the past 45 years since I was a kid. Great food, fun and entertainment and spending time with my family.
Yearly tradition! Just love it. My grandfather used to collect gate money and my grandmother made apple butter in an iron kettle over an open fire at pioneer village. We go way back with this tradition!
