Loved the concert. John cougar mellencamp was awesome. So glad you pick acts other then country! Just as a thought is there a way of including admission cost into the ticket prices. I have went every year and done many concerts in the past. Great experience as always. Have been going to the fair for my entire life...
Always a wonderful time at the fair but you really need to pay your police officers more than $9.00 an hour
Love the fair and always have. Very disappointed that there was no karaoke this year. It was missed by many people I'm sure! It is something my husband and I enjoy watching each night we are at the fair.
I only go to the fair to eat bad for you food and see the animals,primarily sheep as we raise sheep. That being said, we were appalled with the malnutrition we saw in the barns of several sheep specifically pens 59 and 60. The poor animals ribs and hip bones were extremely prominent. Additionally the animals in the old Mcdonald exhibition, were held in pens too small for the number or size of animal in the pen.
