I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The technician white women who initially worked on my nails did not seem to know what she was doing — it felt like she had just come out of beauty school. I requested a fill, but instead of applying powder to fill in the grown-out areas, she went straight to painting the nails. Then size didn’t match plus it was to thick.
