Five stars!!! I could not be happier that I found this gem of a place. Not only do they do an exceptional job, they also do exactly what is right for your lashes. I recently went in hoping for extra volume and rather than add the lashes that were heavier which would have damaged my thin eyelashes, Sara found a way to give me what I wanted without the damage that would have occurred had I gotten what I asked for. I have now done the lash lift twice: once with Heidi and once with Sara and I am now a believer! Both of them do such a fantastic job! I have sensitive skin so I was nervous about the chemicals used in the process but they were so great and let me come in to do a swatch on my skin to see if I would have a reaction after email communications back and forth where they took the time to share their experience with me and answer every one of my questions. I visited Candy Lash Spa with hopes of saving my real lashes. I had a bad first experience at another location in Fort Myers. Sara welcomed me in with open arms and removed the bad lash job without pulling out any of my real lashes! When I went back to get a full set, I asked for a volume cat eye. When she finished, it wasn’t really what I was hoping for but she understood and had no problem giving me what I actually wanted. Sara is an artist. I have had my volume lashes for a couple of months now and waited to give a review. Mascara just doesn’t give the volume that I wanted so wanted to try extensions. Sara has different looks depending on your desire. After my first visit, I was hooked and after a couple of touch ups, still feel as excited about the lashes. Cute place. Tried Candy Lash because the studio I usually go to was booked up. Received a Lash Lift that came out really nice. Only negatives during my first experience were: 1) You’re kind of out in the open as people walk by. Im used to private rooms. 2) The tech put her phone with her timer on by my head and the timer went off in my ear. That was unpleasant and she didn’t apologize. 3) The tech was aware that i was a new client and didn’t offer me the new client discount upon check out.
