Great Service! Nice service? I started bringing my puppy here when she was still little, so she knows everyone that works there now and loves going to play.
Thank you so much Started with Dr. Sarah Orvick and then Dr. Kim Berglund. I have sung their praises as well as Mrs. Candlin, Linda, and the clinic overall. Our pets have always received compassionate, loving care. I have always been most grateful to them all, but especially Dr. Kim. Great However, discomfort/vomiting continued accompanied by weight loss so additional diagnostic testing was done-still no determination of what was the problem. It seemed that no one was responding to the immediate health need of our dog-until we met Dr.Koeppl. He immediately assessed our dogs condition, stopped the vomiting and developed a treatment plan. Great They kept us updated about his condition through his stay (a couple days) and we never felt like they were annoyed when we called, even late at night or early morning. He recieved great care and was back to his usual self within a couple days of coming home.
Great Service! It's all a blur, but I have the distinct impression the building was white inside and clean. More than that, I cannot say, as we were very upset. And I may not even have that right. It was very upsetting going in and very happy going home with our kitten.
The Best Vet In Madison I started over 20 years ago with my baby sisters sick old cat. Mom called with $35.00 in her pocket asking" Please Save The Cat" The cat could not be saved. But they took him in in the middle of the night for $35.00!! What vet does that?? My sister and I are grown now. We both take her several cats etc and my 9 dachshunds and two cats to the clinic anytime day or night. Always treated with respect and complete honesty. Never charging me for anything I have not needed!
we are greatful to Dr. Kim excellent in various situations with our 3 cats, one dog who passed away and then another dog who passed away.
Love my vet Very caring compassionate vet!!!! Now she has a nice new location. The prices are fare and she does not do tests just to run up your bill.
Wouldn't go anywhere else i wouldn't take our two cats anywhere else! we get fair, affordable & most importantly, loving care from dr kim--petrus actually looks forward to seeing her buddies at candlin!
