I was calling on behalf of an engineering firm to conduct business in a firm and professional manner. During the call, the receptionist (or individual I spoke with) stated that I needed to have “bedside manners” in order to have a firm conversation. I found this comment inappropriate and unprofessional. Being firm, clear, and professional does not equate to being rude. Money Hungry apartment complex!!!! They love to charge $100 fines for everything and $50 dollar late fees. Don’t waste your money too many issues. Oh and if you get locked out of the front door get ready to pay a lock smith to let you in. They are lazy and refuse to call maintenance to let you back in but any of their other properties they will call them and let you back in. STAY AWAY!
