Lived here a few years and the keep jumping rent with minimal to no updates
Size is great and the office help is always friendly. Only bad part is some residents smoke their weed in their apartments and it makes the hallways stink
I stopped in to there office on several occasions interested in one of there units. I have always been greeted with professionalism and a courteous staff. Jon walked with me in the rain to show me a unit and I just couldn't wait. If im aporoved for my unit this will be a nice place for my children and I. Also I want to note how clean the premises are and that many new updates are happening. The complexes are nice. The size of the 2 bedroom, 2 bath are good. Security could be better.
Absolutely loved it at first. After the first year I became very unhappy. I lived here for 3 years and have made numerous noise complaints which they did nothing about. Last year they decided not to open the large pool then allow any age children to be unattended at the small pool. It was horrible to take my 7 year old there because of rowdy older kids or the filthy disgusting language from older kids. Its a real nice apartment complex,the leasing agents are friendly and always willing to help..I enjoyed living there..
