The year 2025 i moved to candlewyck There were cockroaches and rats in the unit. The management just painted over the problems instead of fixing them and were very lazy. I moved this year because I couldn’t stay with cockroaches and rats. I kept asking them to fix the problem we were getting sick but pest control couldn’t help. When I decided to move they charged me $3,000 in penalties, plus the next two months’ bills for sewer, gas, and trash. The size of the apartment is great,but if you want a a shower with a consistent temperature, peace and quiet, or to not wipe on snow and ice. Maybe this isn't the apartment for you. The kids are loud. They steal your packages, They don't properly salt or shovel the sidewalks so you're going to slip and fall, and I'm pretty sure there's only one water heater in the entire building because you can't ever get a consistent shower.
