This is a pretty nice apartment complex. You definitely get what you pay for. My biggest complaint would be that maintenance doesn’t give your proper notice when coming in. And that they are bad about not coming in when you’ve requested they don’t if your not there. But they always are open to fixing any problems you have. And are affordable for the amount of space you get. Only other thing is that the washers and dryers are pretty small and break a lot because people overfill them. Also parking is limited. Love living here. The apartments are roomy, the area is quiet and well maintained, and the staff are all wonderful. Especially love how pet friendly the place is!
Staff is professional and always trying their best to take care of your needs. Maintenance replies quickly when needed and are very friendly. I have enjoyed my neighbors and the beautiful scenery.
It was a great place to live, from the tour to moving out. I had to leave early and unexpectedly and they were fantastic about it. I accessed the gym and laundry and was in during winter months. Never had any issues, the property is always well maintained!
I have lived in Candlewyck Apartments for over 7 years!!! The front office staff are very friendly and more than willing to help suit the needs of the tenant. They also have a new office manager who is on top of keeping the complex a wonderful place to stay. Maintenance is also a big plus !!! If it's broke , they fix it or replace anything in a timely manner. I have raised a family here and when we first moved in one of my sons said " mom, this is the nicest place we have ever lived ".
