The toilet needed repair and wouldn't flush properly. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The hallways either need new carpet or a serious scrubbing. Concerned when we checked in was the first thing I saw was a warning about having parties in the room, and you would be kicked out and given a fine. Manager gave us an upgrade when we checked in and was very nice.
I did not get a chance to stay here since for Franklin County and Delaware residents you must stay for at least 4 nights in order to stay here. So asked customer service and one person said they do not have to follow this when you call in vs book online. I would be aware as another told me they have to follow it even though they was unaware until i sent them a picture of what the site said.
