Willard Marriott has the best hotels. Always clean and very friendly employees. Usually a little more expensive than others but well worth it. This stay was great. They gave me a discount because we were dropping our son off for Law School. I'll be back to this exact hotel.
I have never felt compelled to write a review prior to completing a stay, but the customer service at this property is so atrocious, here we are! This hotel does NOT adhere to Marriott Bonvoy requirements. They refuse to honor elite benefits. Late check out for Titanium members is a GUARANTEED benefit, yet they seem to think they can decide whether to honor it or not.
