We traveled with 5 children. The staff was very helpful in making sure we had a connecting room, and letting us know about all the child friendly features, like evening popcorn and soda fountain. The kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the peace to work out while keeping an eye on them through the glass window to the indoor pool. Beds were comfortable and the room nice and cool. I also appreciated how enough towels were supplied for everyone to take a shower without having to call down for more.
Staying here because of house fire and everyone is great, helpful and sympathetic. Staff is wonderful and food is great as well.

I traveled here alone for over a week, and felt safe the entire time. When I checked in, Star was so helpful and kind, it felt like I already knew her. The bed is definitely cozy. Some furnishings are a little dated, but it feels homey to me. The water pressure in the shower is incredible. The shower head allows the water to envelop you. I took twice as many showers as usual.
