I had the absolute best stay at Candlewood in Franklin! We all stayed with our company Twice daily’s. Ina at the front desk went above and beyond with making sure we all were accommodated and taken care of so we could stay open for our community. Rooms were amazing and the staff was top tier making sure we had everything we needed during the ice storm of 26’ 😆. Thank you so much again INA!!! You rock girl and we definitely will all be staying again because of you and your genuine kindness and love. 💕
Great accommodation by Ina, the Operations Manager, and her trainee. They were both very helpful, kind, and understanding towards our family when we had to stay the entire week due to the winter storm power outage. Thank you to both!
This hotel has the best staff! Jackie, Ina, and A.D., and everyone working there is beyond kind and loving! Our family loved the pool table in the lobby, and my little ones enjoyed the indoor pool. Highly recommend this hotel!
We stayed here three nights during the recent ice storm and were so warmly received by Ina and Kirsten. Their kindness and hospitality was unmatched and we were so thankful for them making sure we were taken care of and had a warm and comfortable stay.
