Customer Service was not willing to work with us at all. My mom booked a room for August 12th for my wedding shower here in Knoxville. We live in SC but my fiance is from Knoxville. My wedding shower was somehow double booked by the club house we were having it at and had to switch my wedding shower to the 19th. We called up here with a two weeks notice and asked if we could just simply change the reservation date to August 19th since we wouldn't need it for the 12th anymore. The room was clean & nice the staff was very nice and made you feel very welcomed..Truly enjoyed my stay even though it was one night..The only thing is they could have more tv stations..
Only stayed at this property for 1 night therefore I only gave it 4 stars front desk staff was great room was very clean. Will stay here again if traveling through again.
This is a wonderful hotel. Helpful staff, Clean room, full kitchen, comfortable bed. And pet friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
