Let the pictures speak for themselves. The outside is deceiving. Fresh exterior paint lures you in. The front entrance is decent. Furniture clean, walls not damaged, smell tolerable. The further you advance, the worse it gets. Damaged walls, disgusting carpet. Severely handprinted doors/door frames, stagnant-moldy smells with stale cigarette odor, missing ceiling panels, the list goes on. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. I am broke out all across my chest from the bedding. THEY DONT TELL YOU HOUSEKEEPING IS ONLY DONE ONCE EVERY TWO WEEKS. THE ROOM WAS BEYOND DISGUSTING. then the owner says I could have transferred you to a different room instead of refunding the money we paid. This is the nastiest behavior from management and I would recommend yall never stay here. Here are pictures from room 302.

I spent the night here during my roadtrip and it was very pleasant. My boyfriend and I got there at 3am and someone was there to assist us. However I do wish their prices were more clearly stated but we ended up paying $80 for a one bedroom. Definitely a solid place to stay if you’re in Knoxville, the rooms have a bathroom and kitchen as well.
