I love this place! my wife and I have to travel to San Antonio every Sunday for 6 weeks for medical treatment on Monday mornings so we needed a nice place to stay. this place and one other that we tried have a kitchen which is really a nice thing to have. I can't find anything that I don't like about this place. the location is pretty nice, excellent service at check in, the rooms are really nice and comfortable. overall I really enjoy it. booked a room for every week remaining for the weeks that we have to come up. highly r... read more
Kimpton seems to be letting their standards slip. We stayed here because it was an Amex recommendation. We splurged on a large corner room. What a mistake. Lukewarm water, loud room next to the elevator. Do yourself a favor and stay across the street. C-

RecommendedThis was my first spa experience and Arum Spa set the bar extremely high. Everything from the massage to the manicure was such an enjoyable experience. The staff is so incredibly kind and the facilities are gorgeous. I'm already planning my next trip for the spring!
