Had a very nice stay here last night 10/12. Came to Cleveland for the international cat show. Everyone was so friendly. I would definitely stay there again. Rooms nice & clean. Very homey.
How could you improve? By honoring reservations, especially one made months in advance, or at the very least having the courtesy of notifying travelers you've overbooked your hotel prior to their day of arrival.
This hotel was amazing! I've stayed at plenty of hotels bc of my job and by far this has been one of my favorite stays. The staff was so nice and friendly! Even tho I had a puppy I still got a great nonsmoking room and they went above and beyond by placing me right next to the elevator to be able to conveniently take him out. The room was clean and comfy overall a 5/5 and I'll definitely be staying here again when I'm in Cleveland next!
Comfortable plus over-the-top dog friendly. One on my two Rottweilers, recently adopted, is afraid of people. The fantastic staff at CWS-Olmsted took extra time to help her feel comfortable meeting them. Both of my rotties are on the "Be The Person Your Dog Thinks You Are" board. Love this place!
Stayed here while competing in Agility with my Cardigan Welsh Corgis. Convenient location, excellent facilities, very dog friendly - highly recommended!
