Excellent hotel very clean
The staff is incredible & made my 8 month stay very comfortable! All the way from management, maintenance, housekeeping & the wonderful girls at the front desk , everyone was always friendly even when I was a handful! Lol
I had brief stay here I was completely satisfied
I had an awkward experience upon checking it. I was given 2 different rooms consecutively for my stay but each were occupied, finding this out only after opening the doors. The system wasn’t showing all the occupancies. Finally, the only last avail suite was found. The room was very satisfactory and the clerk was apologetic & attentive.
I highly recommend Candlewood Suites in North Olmstead, Ohio. clean, friendly, nice, small pet friendly, kid friendly. Conveniently located next to a Walmart. rooms have accommodations such as mini kitchens, stove top, microwave, full size refrigerator. very nice. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This hotel is by far the best. The staff is amazing and the room was very comfy. I would recommend to anyone. They washed all of our laundry after our apartment burnt down and when I say laundry there was so much. The manager Dave is super awesome and even helped us since we lost our beds in the fire. I give them 10 stars. I appreciate everything they did for us and I will never forget it. For the staff and management Thank you so much. Our apartment and all of our stuff was soaked with fire smell and nasty water and these guys took care of us! Let us use their industrial washers to get the smell out of our clothes and were so accommodating!! Thank you sooo much!
