RecommendedThe room I paid for 3 months in advance was given to someone else, and I was given a run around until I called Travelocity and my credit card company, afterwards the manager Samuel was able to find a room and provided a gift card to a local restaurant.
The room is awesome, and the management is great.
I would never recommend this hotel
Horrible service, had to sit at the front counter for over a hour Bc they messed up on my reservation 😡
