An extra star because the staff was friendly to me, but I'm not sure how professional the business is. During my very first assessment with the physical therapist, within the first fifteen minutes, I was told I had a displaced hip (I could walk and stretch just fine, just had a lot of pain in the area). When I got a scan done later down the road there was no sign of that being the case. Had an accident back in 2019 and I was treated as if I was very important. Very polite staff and fast working. Would definitely recommend.
The chiropractor is awesome that’s why I’m giving 3 stars but the front office staff is unfriendly! They are not professional at all! The office staff needs personal skills and be able to help all patients in a professional manner! They needs better bedside manners for goodness sake you work in a medical setting and should act like it. No one greets you when you enter I always have to speak to them!
