I have been in several of his units that friends have. They were all nice place with no problems. Now my friends do pay their rent every month and repairs are only for normal wear and tear. Darlene Thornton
Great Property and great management team. Charles and Ramona took their time to help me find a nice property I could afford. All their units are close to town. Mine was walking distance. Anytime, something went wrong , they fixed it right away. After 6 years, my company transferred me. I am sad to go and hope to find landlords as good as Candey Management.
Slum Lords! – Under the supervision of Charles Yarders (Yanders?); I have two words for it SLUM LORDS. The properties are only kept up on the outside. Inside, every possible trick is used to cover defects and shoddy repairs.The company does not respond to complaints for repairs only if something is completely broken down. Then they use the cheapest materials, labor, and methods they can find. There is black mold in the walls, no drain in the floor of the laundry room, cracked walls covered with a thin layer of plaster, etc. ... read more
