I really love this building. It’s beautiful and I know there are a lot of bad reviews here of the new management but that has not been my experience. I wasn’t here when it was taken over but the maintenance and cleaning people are amazing. I have worked mostly with Ethan in the main office and he has been awesome. He’s delightful and has gone above and beyond even helping me out of a bind I got in during my move. Touring with Ethan was such a delight. He covered absolutely everything and was super helpful. He spared no detail. The grounds are beautiful and he made sure to show me all that Candara has to offer. I left the showing so excited to apply and did so the same day! Many thanks to Ethan for all the guidance!
