I had made an appointment with Mike the day before, When I got to the dealership, I was standing in The showroom, I said I had an appointment and Mike looked at me with absolute disgust making the worst face you could make at someone. I definitely got ripped off on my trade-in, When I brought the car for a test drive, I noticed how dirty it was inside of my brand new car was. The seats were ripped and dirty. Front desk service lady was helpful and wonderfully patient with my situation, driver was friendly and did a nice cleaning of my car, classy touch.
