I had made an appointment with Mike the day before, When I got to the dealership, I was standing in The showroom, I said I had an appointment and Mike looked at me with absolute disgust making the worst face you could make at someone. Front desk service lady was helpful and wonderfully patient with my situation, driver was friendly and did a nice cleaning of my car, classy touch. Sold me a '25 Rogue Platinum first week of Jan that had defective software. The cellphone would not stayed paired. As a result the phone, nav and other items such as the compass, etc did not function! Informed the dealer ship the day after I took possession, was told they were booking 5 weeks in advance. Mike was a great asset when buying my new vehicle this year. I feel he did what he could to shoot straight with me & v didn't feel I was coerced into spending more than necessary.
