I can’t belive it takes up to 8 weeks to get imaging done.. I just found this out as I called to see why my dentist still hadn’t received the imaging ! Then I was told I can pay an extra fee for him to receive it faster ! Why wasn’t I told this at the day of my imaging not on week 7 completely ridiculous!
Very professional Technologist. Nice, quiet, clean location. Surprised lead vest didn’t have a thyroid collar in spite of the low dose of radiation! I would definitely recommend this location of Canaray.
Currently you consider 8 weeks to draft your imaging report unless patient pays for an extra fee! This is ridiculous. You are pushing people to pay more! You also do not direct bill the insurance and do not issue the final bill till you provide your final report! Means I cannot claim till you finish your job which you do not consider it as a priority. Seriously! Why a report takes that long to draft? If someone goes to endodotist, is it realy hard to understand that the guy may have pain in the tooth?
