I make every effort to accommodate one in the purchasing process. Buying a home is slightly more complicated than buying bottled water or a soda. It requires two parties to work together. I work hard to find my clients the right home and negotiate the price of said home so that it benefits my client. I think all my other reviews show that. Becky did a wonderful job of representing me. She asked all of the right questions and found me the perfect property. She was always available when I needed questions answered. Becky is a terrific negotiator. I purchased the home for 60k less than it appraised for. Thank you Becky!
Becky was extremely patient and informative throughout the entire process despite my having to go overseas during escrow which I wouldn't recommend. If and when I decide to sell my awesome home I will contact Mrs.Cordova to help me with that.
I can not explain how good and hard worker Amanda is. she helped us find our house and she took a very good care of us. Our english is not very good but Amanda always helped us and she would try every way to help us understand. Also, when we had questions even with our lender and all that she helped us and worked very hard with us. I strongly recommend her, she is awesome. Trust me chose her and you will never regret it!!
