I have been seeing Dr. Ross since she opened her practice in 2007. She is the most caring and attentive Dr. that I have ever seen before. She LISTENS to every word you say to her. She explains everything to you in layman's terms so you can understand what's really going on with your health. She'll suggest the best options for you to move forward with your recovery. And she orders the required tests needed to help explain symptoms and cures for you. An outstanding physician in every sense of the word.

I think she is very unprofessional, brings her dogs to the office walks around not doing much and counts on her hard working staff to handle everything. I very rarely got to see her and at the time I was using her the PA was looking for new employment
The most caring Dr I have ever had. She literally has saved my life.
