The management charged hundreds of dollars off of my security deposit to replace the carpet in my entire apartment. Normal wear and tear was done to the carpet that could have been solved with a simple cleaning fee, not replacing the entire carpet. Please note past reviews also stating that they charged residents to replace the entire carpet, so this is not unique to my situation.
