RecommendedMy husband and I lived here for nearly 3 years and loved every moment. The staff is always professional, maintenance works quickly, and facilities are well-kept. We had a beautiful view of the canal from our apartment and easy access to downtown restaurants, bars, and the medical school campus. We absolutely recommend living at Canal Overlook!

RecommendedJensine and Jana are Friendly Staff. They open a lounge for residents. They call the lounge a Starbucks lounge. Dan is helpful and comes quick.
RecommendedWent in to visit today and it was better than I expected! Great set up and wonderful views sitting right on the canal. Jensine and Jana were great help and Jensine gave a wonderful tour. Would definitely recommend and so far my top choice for my upcoming moving decision !
RecommendedGreat location with access to the canal from the garage:) walking distance to iupui and a Kroger. Jensine and Jana from the office are always friendly! Service requests are always solved really fast! the office offers coffees from a fancy Starbucks machines, you won’t find it anywhere else in this area!!!
Jana Cody is very responsive and helpful! She has been such a huge help with all things related to my living situation. They also have recently added a Starbucks coffee machine to the front office which is a huge plus :)
These apartments were so nice and updated! The location was so convenient to work, restaurants, and literally right across the street from Kroger. Jana, Jensine and the entire staff were always available for anything we needed during our time there, and they always kept the office stocked with tasty treats!
