We recently had to put our Chelsea down. She had cancer. Dr Butan came to the house. Chelsea was surrounded by Dr. Butan, Jessica,his vet tech,my pet sitter, Sandi,and me. We all petted her, talked to her, and loved on her. She knew she was loved. She went peacefully. The next day I was given a clay paw print that they made for us. The kindness, caring, and compassion shown by the staff at Canal goes above and beyond anything I've ever experienced from my pets' doctor's. I highly recommend Canal Animal Hospital.

What a great office! Nice staff and doctor. Reasonable prices. Great bedside manner. Obvious that they love animals and not just money.
I just found this animal hospital by happenstance and I am so happy I did! I just adopted my foster cat and I came home from work to find her straining to urinate and crying and shaking. I noticed that Canal Animal Hospital was still open so I gave them a call and they got her in right away and gave her the medication she needed to feel better. Great place with great people who care. They have taken care of our pups and every experience has been great.
