For an organization that's supposed to help people the staff sure are uppity And rude
They have been fine in the past when I needed loaner equipment but this time I went to donate 2 Saska poles reception was very cold. When the guy from the back came out, he informed me that they didn't service those brands and that one was incomplete (it was absolutley not). One of them was brand new in the box. Seems like a waste. I took them to VV where they will be inevitably overpriced.
Very friendly
They offer a great service and the people I met. There were so nice.
