Very informative, thorough, fast, easy, and warm and welcoming.
Staff were really nice.
Staff, nurses and volunteers were amazingly welcoming and friendly. I was very nervous at first but was helped and well taken care of every step of the way. This location wasn't that busy when I went. I think important for people to donate when they can. Very convenient and easy to find building at Uptown. All the snacks and refreshments were free and appreciated. Highly recommend for anyone interested. The phone service was quick and informative too for people like me who are new to donating blood. Denied to donate due to tattoo within 3 months. That’s fine but would have been nice to know when I did my questionnaire before my appointment instead of at the clinic. Just a little bit of time wasted.
