Staff were so kind and helpful for our first donation!!! Everyone from front desk to nurses/techs to volunteers were wonderful. Very easy to get set up in the system & the actual donation part is only about 15 minutes. You are encouraged to snack & drink lots of water before and after - no complaints there I was a bit light headed near the end and they rushed to make sure I was tilted back & cooled off before I could even think about it. Great experience and looking forward to the next donation.
The lovely nurses and volunteers make it super easy each time! There's always someone to check in on you throughout the process; also the snacks are nice a treat at the end :).
I went for my very first donation today. I didn’t know what to expect, but the staff/volunteers here made it such a pleasant experience. I was feeling faint after my donation and they practically rolled out the red carpet, making sure I had juice, cold cloths, a fan, etc. This donation meant a lot to me and I can’t wait to go back.
