I’ve been coming here for quite some time and have always had a generally positive experience, but my interaction with the front desk today was extremely off-putting. I’m unsure of his name, but it was the gentleman with several tattoos. From the moment I approached the desk, he was rude, dismissive, and had an unnecessary attitude for absolutely no reason. It felt as though I was inconveniencing him simply by asking a question.
