Everyone here is very friendly, caring, listen to any of my concerns and always very professional!
Called and I asked if they do a specific test for example (test A) and she said no we don’t do ( test B) I said I didn’t ask for test (b) I asked about test a. She said, it’s the same thing. Which medically it is not. That came off very weird on her behalf. She tried to give websites and other info and I just responded with thank you and left the call. Sorry but the rep playing doctor and throwing in the little statement was ignorant.
