RecommendedI lived at Campus West for 2 years and it was the best! Having lived at a few other complexes off campus, I can confidently say that Campus West has, by far, offered the best rates and customer service. 10/10 would recommend Campus West to anyone!
Do yourself a favor and don't live here. I lived here for 2 years, in two different style Apartments and it is not worth it AT ALL. Extremely unhelpful staff, you pay for things that break by themselves because they Apartments are so old and they do nothing to renovate even the slightest. No amenities, their "gym" is worse than a hotel gym. I absolutely hated it here and I am SO GLAD I never have to live here again.
I have lived here for two, going on three years and I absolutely love it here. The office staff is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable and always a joy to talk with. They’re in a great location too, as the bus ride to or from campus doesn’t take longer than just a couple of minutes! To my knowledge, they are also the most cost effective housing option in the area. Sign with Campus West and you won’t be disappointed!
I’ve lived here for 3 years and each year has been better than the last. I’ve looked up new places to live each year but I re-signed with CW anyways. The office employees are always incredibly helpful and cheerful. I would recommend CW to anyone looking for affordable housing!

CW is locally owned and managed and involved in campus and student activities. There is a nice personal touch from the staff, from leasing to move in. They treat you like a customer, not a student.
