Recieved an email saying that rent was overdue with late fee and I had a balance remaining after confirming weeks prior with office that my lease was paid up in full. Office claims it was computer error and due to changing to different management company but still makes me pay the last outstanding month of rent. Miscommunication to tennants and making them front the bill on their mistakes is a nuisance.
Campus west is THE WORST. The day I moved in the apartment was clearly not clean, there was food in the sink, mold all over the bathroom, the fridge, floors, and counter was disgusting. After complaining for over 2 weeks, they finally had someone come clean, but they did not clean the mold and I had to clean more after the cleaner left. RecommendedI loved my living experience at Campus West. The staff members are so kind and truly value the residents. The apartment complex was always clean and quiet. At the hight of the pandemic, the leasing office adapted and did their best to ensure the safety of the residents. They even delivered our parcels to our door and thoroughly sanitized all the shared amenities. There was always something to look forward to in the CW socially distanced events. Plus all the amazing pets always made my day!
Terrible place to live! Broken utilities and unnecessary charges. Don’t expect to get your full deposit back.
Great location, price, and amenities!
This is my second year living at Campus West and I love it here. The staff has always been helpful and the maintenance team is quick to take care of things. I recommend this place as it is in a great location, the prices are affordable unlike some of the other complexes, and it is locally owned. Definitely consider Campus West when looking for housing!

Not ADA compliant parking. Visitor parking is not clearly (or maybe not at all) marked. Money making scam! boots visitor cars even when lot is empty.
