Campus Walk has NOT been Great. My first apartment was 90° every day because apparently the structure of the roof wasn’t built to keep 3rd floor apartments very cool. I was unaware until I moved in..my electricity bill was through the roof and then when I was finally moved, the water tank above burst and flooded my new unit. Constant problems and I’ve only been here 3 months I honestly feel it needs to be shut down or fully renovated! For 900 a month it’s really not worth it. ROACH INFESTATION. It is out of control and has significantly affected my quality of life here. Living here with the uncontrolled roach population has put my health at risk, as the roaches breed and poop in and on my cups, plates, silverware, toaster, coffee machine, toothbrush, and more. I had to throw away my coffee machine because I found egg casings and a nest of baby roaches in it. Roaches fall out of my cabinets as I open them to cook. Hello! I’m loving campus walk so far moved in yesterday I have no complaints yet. Everything seems to be brand new that they put into my apartment. The few maintenance issues I did have they fixed instantly the same day! Staff seems very friendly as well.
