Fire occurred in the bottom apartment all the smoke went up through my apartment. Horrible. Apartment was unlivable. They tried to hold me to my lease. Had to take legal action to get out. Stay away. Please cheap isn’t worth ur life or legal fees.
Campus Walk has NOT been Great. My first apartment was 90° every day because apparently the structure of the roof wasn’t built to keep 3rd floor apartments very cool. I was unaware until I moved in..my electricity bill was through the roof and then when I was finally moved, the water tank above burst and flooded my new unit. Constant problems and I’ve only been here 3 months I honestly feel it needs to be shut down or fully renovated! For 900 a month it’s really not worth it.
