Management is poor and will find any excuse to not give your security deposit back, also moving out is a joke, if you move out slightly too early they forfeit your refunds. The building itself is outdated and gross. The pool and pool area is never clean. If you need maintenance, it will take weeks almost months for it to get done. Suggest not staying here. Canyon lands or Abby apartments are much better, suggest going there

I lived at Campus Villas over the summer and yes the old managment was terrible but while I was there they got new managers and they are so much better! They are very on top of things and easy to get ahold of. They are super helpful and are great people!

Campus Villas was a great place to live! They recently got new management, and they are ON TOP OF IT! They reply promptly and do what they can to help. If they don't know at first, they ask the proper questions and get things done. Would've stayed longer but I'm getting married. It's fantastic student housing! Very affordable, plus you have a pool that is maintained.

My daughter signed a lease for 2 semesters and paid in full. She moved out after 1 semester and tried to sell her contract. She was never able to sell it but the managers let someone move into her room. We were told they would refund her money for the semester since they let someone move in without notifying her. Well it's been 5 months and we've tried contacting the managers multiple times only to get the run around. We've been told that the check is in the mail so many times but still haven't gotten it. lived here freshman year of college and it was...interesting. We had about 4 different floods from the washer, shower and dishwasher. So they are not always in the best shape.. but I think we got an especially bad one because a lot of friends didn’t have problems. Overall not too bad, they are super close to campus and affordable!
