My daughter has been living on the Campus Village apartment for 3 years now and she loves it. It’s so important for me as a parent to see the place so well maintained and how helpful the staff is. MC has been thorough and helpful with the process!
Having lived here for over two months I can honestly say it's not worth the money. Moved in and the place was disgusting (food in the pantry from the last tenants!!!). There was water leaking on our floor from the AC and our bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Another thing is that you can't rely on maintenance to fix anything. My roommate's toilet was overflowing and they had to fix it themselves! Also, none of the washers work ever. Wish I could give 0 stars. It took them 2 months after submitting a maintenance request to even come look at our ground floor windows that didn't lock (that faced a busy street). Apartment was beyond dirty when we moved in. We have been incorrectly charged for their Wifi provider for the last 3 months and have had the same email exchanges every. single. month.
