Great place to live! The office staff are very nice!
Not good. The rooms are dirty, maintenance is constantly slow, management babies everyone, and you’re only allowed one guest pass for the whole unit. Go somewhere else!
Reasonably good experience while there, however, they did not abide by their rental contract. EDIT: As seen, they responded to my review. I brought this to their attention, followed up on multiple occasions, and they refused to provide assistance.
They run food drives often and are always looking to give back to the community. #forthepeople
Had to change my review cause while i had a generally ok experience here, the moving out process was unbearable. did everything i was supposed to including buying their paint to make sure the apt was left in good shape, and they still charged me almost $300 on cleaning/ “damage” i did not do. tried multiple times to contact them about it via emails and calls, but they never picked up or responded to me, then sent me to Collections a year later for the bill i tried disputing. if you want a hassle free move out process, i sugg... read more
