the tenants are rude , the maintenance guy don’t do his job at all. there’s mold that’s been in the bathroom before i even lived here. This building is a tower of neglect. The state and the owners of the building have neglected and abused its people since this “establishment” was built and to expect $700+ (w/o housing) to live in 4 corners is clinically insane.
It's an okay apartment but it has mold gorwing outside and sometimes loud music at night as well. some of the landlords and maintence man are pretty rude and don't care about the loud music there are some nice there but the building itself is in OK condition it's great for people in college but doesn't work well for those with a very large family.
Small apartments that need a lot of work.
