I have honestly hated living here this past year. They have done construction on the outside of the building, right outside our windows, and even in our rooms for weeks at a time as were were living there (not to mention most of this was done during our exam time periods). They have been working on this building since we moved in, making improvements, but they have not respected that we are living here NOW. The machines and workers have woke everyone up early in the mornings, if you dont answer the door they come on in and it has made it difficult to concentrate on doing homework, and especially study for exams. Things are broken all the time, my door does not lock and I have asked for it to be fixed numerous times but nothing has been done. We needed a plunger to fix our toilet after not bein... read more
I have lived here for two years now. It is the perfect place for ECU students to live. The location is right on campus! I have always walked to class. Since the apartments have been changed from Ringold Towers to Campus Towers the new owner and management have made HUGE improvements. It is really the best place to live in Greenville as a student.
