RecommendedI am currently a resident at Campus Towers. I love the convenience of being steps away from everywhere I need to go (campus, restaurants downtown, harris teeter, sheetz, and U.B.E. to name a few). I don't have to worry about driving to school or finding a parking spot on campus. Campus Towers luckily has three parking lots to choose from, each of them within walking distance. My boyfriend has lived here for a year and he's disgusted with it. YOU WILL BE TOWED HERE MORE THAN ANYWHERE ELSE. There is never enough parking, he and I have both been towed despite having a parking pass in our car. The smoke alarms go off in the middle of the night every three days and no one does anything about it. He's stayed in two different rooms here and both times the bath tubs have leaked water out into the floor. The furniture is cheap and falling apart after 6 months of use. Third time to renew my lease. Great place to stay. Maintenance is the best. You place a ticket and you will have ur issue fixed in the same day, despite being a little bit more pricy compared to other places but you are paying for a secure place and for good location. Probably the only student living place that hasn't been on Ecu alert + you roll out of bed and go to class. No need to wait for the bus or anything

Honestly this place sucks. Their fees is outrageous. I had to buy my own router since there Internet is so horriable. There is not much lighting the appartment accept for the kitchen and bathroom. The paint on the wall was done in a hurry you see run spots everywhere. The kitchen is more up to date the the rest of the place. There are no utilities cap but you have to pay to wash your own clothes here and it only takes debit cards what a rip. The bed here is so I hard I had to resort to sleeping on the couch just to get some ... read more
