For a college student, I would definitely recommend the studio or a one bedroom apartment in this apartment building! The only negatives in my year of living there would be; the non cement walls in the apt are not the best quality and there are some cracks/water damage, the shower is small so it can get dirty pretty quickly if you don't clean it every now and then, the smoke detector is very sensitive so I always keep a window or two open when cooking things like bacon or stir fry, and in the winter if its really cold, expec... read more

A lot of people have complained about the landlord but I never have a problem. I call when something breaks and they are there in a day or two to fix it. Matt has always been super nice to me. The rent is cheap and I can have a cat so I'm not complaining. Parking sucks, the lot is expensive and permit parking on the street is a pain but it's cheap.
