STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE! I went to Dr. Shir at Campus Smiles based on a recommendation made by my friend, & I upgraded my private insurance from Blue Shield to Delta Dental to see her. An implant surgery was recommended & I trusted her to refer me to a qualified and experienced surgeon because of my request to her & my referral. Irresponsible, unreliable and unprofessional. They changed my appointment of the surgeon consultation last minute. Even with that, I had to wait there for 30 minutes being told that they had no clue when the surgeon would be available. "You can wait or you can leave." If you are unsure of the schedule you shouldn't even book your clients in. Everyone's time is valuable. On top of that, the charges were never upfront or transparent. I usually come here for cleanings, but the last one was a bit rough and my gums had bruises or some damage. I also had to wait until the next day to see the actual dentist. They should carry fluoride free tooth polish for those who have allergies to fluoride.
unresponsive front desk after multiple calls + emails, i’ve had to reschedule twice because the doctor keeps canceling randomly— my invisalign treatment has been delayed a cumulative of 6 months because of this office’s lack of reliability. i’ve been waiting a month to simply pick up my last set of invisalign trays
