When we were moving into Campus Courtyard, we were given the best service around! The managers allowed us to move our things in a day early and left us with a bottle of sparkling cider as a warming gift. Whenever I have contacted management off-hours, they replied almost immediately through an email, phone call, or text message. We feel truly cared for here. We have not been so lucky to receive treatment like this elsewhere and recommend this complex to all!
Very nice new apartments. A little cozy but great but its a good price and the ward is awesome. They did a good job keeping snow out in the winter. The only negative is the construction but that is going on everywhere in Rexburg.
We have loved living at Campus Park. The management is fantastic and we have had no issues. The ward is great and the people are awesome.

Campus park is a great place to live. Management is awesome. They are really good about getting back to you about maintenance requests. The apartments are super new and clean. We love how the utilities are included except for electricity. It makes it so easy not to have more bills to keep track of. Great apartments! All utilities except electricity is included, with washer and dryer on site. Comes furnished with a table, bed, couch fridge, dishwasher and oven. The kitchen storage is a bit small, but it's a great size for a newly wedded couple. Very simple and great for the rent each month, considering how new and nice it looks.
My wife and I love it! It's the perfect place for us. The management is super helpful and our apartment is very nice. It's affordable but very well kept and still very new. We love it.
