Worse place I ever lived. Tried to evict me and now want to charge me almost 900 dollars to fix the damage done by me while I lived there. Which is completely unreasonable given I didn't damage the apartment. There were a couple holes in the wall which I fixed. NEVER LIVE HERE!
RecommendedYou will not be able to find a place as nice as Campus Park or as close to campus for such a reasonable price. You have heated floors, storage space, and wonderful neighbors–not to mention that the ward is AMAZING! Management is great to deal with and super friendly. Overall, great place especially for newlyweds.
Management is nice. It's very convenient having a bed in the apartment already. It was clean when we moved in, the internet has worked well for us. So far so good. :)
The office is a real joke. They will try so hard to keep your deposit and charge you for just about anything. We had rented an apartment and had previous damaged and was charged for it when we left. I had a professional cleaning company come and clean the apartment and campus married housing stated they had people clean for 2 hours (walls, ceilings, stove) when a professional company already did that. All that campus married housing had to do was have the carpets cleaned. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!
My husband and I lived at Campus Courtyard for about 2 years. We really loved it there. The layout is very nice, i love the open concept, feels very spacious. The heated floor is really nice, especially in the winter. It was very easy to request for maintenance, and usually they were solved the next day. Before we moved out, they gave us a list of what to clean. I have really liked living here, it is perfect for my husband and I as we go to school, and build our lives together. There is tons of space, and enough room to build a life with your spouse. It's near school and only takes my husband 15 minutes to walk, which is really nice. The ward is amazing as well, I don't think I have ever been in such an amazing ward. For the short amount of time that we've lived here, we have no complaints. it's a great place!
My wife and I have lived at the Campus Park Apartments for 6 months and have really enjoyed our time here. Office hours can be tricky to work with due to limited availability, but the staff has always been helpful and understanding. I would recommend them to those who are looking for affordable housing.
