Might be a great location for your kids while going to school at ISU but beware of all of the Extra and ridiculous fees once they graduate and move on!! Not very prompt when something needs fixed or replaced during the past 3 yrs, but they definitely want to charge you a bunch of extra fees once you end the lease - plus raising the rent every and expecting a lot from these kids- who actually took great care of the space ! Just a fair warning of the irrational charges!!!
Super great service, Joe and front desk was always so helpful and nice! Also large rooms and clean space!
Lived here for two semesters & the customer service was awful throughout the period. The place is kept up nice but they take every short cut possible. The building was cheaply built & the windows have cracked near the frames causing them to freeze unbelievably..
