They don't care about students. My daughters roommate backed out at the last minute and we paid to break the lease ($989.00) and we are still paying $1150 a month for an empty apartment. We came into office in November, 2016 and they told us her updated apartment was next up to rent out (We have been paying the whole amount since June, 2016!). Pictures due no justice. These are the best apartments for the price in town, I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. They have all new renovated units that are the BOMB! Best of all, you can always count on the staff when you need them.

The walls are really thin. There's a lot of noisy construction (at least by my building). I'm up this early on a Saturday because of yard work that's been going on for about an hour. The renovated unit seems rushed. One day a key fell off my roommates doorframe because of how hard they were banging on the walls to renovate the unit above mine. It terrified my dog, & was difficult to study for about a month.
