The buildings are old and insulated so the utility bill is very high. I called for maintenance many times they always say they'll put in a maintenance order but nothing, the lady did not even ask for the apartment number lol. A continuing bug problem ever since I moved in. They said they come spray but they never did. If u want to live with roaches causes they place is poorly built come sign here.

The management staff is beyond terrible, the AC has been out for over 3 days and they’ve yet to fix it, I would tell everyone to stay away from this complex

Business response:

We are terribly sorry for you AC experience. It is awful to not have central air conditioning in Texas at this time of the year. We are dedicated to fixing problems correctly, so we installed two window units in your apartment. While the window units are not ideal, they will keep you cool while your outside condenser unit is being replaced. We will do better to give you the level of care that you deserve; thank you for your patience.

The apartments are old and even though they have put new flooring and counter tops in some the doors and fixtures are old to the point of being nasty !! The grass even has fleas!! The apartments aren't insulated very well therefore you have a high electric bill. $165 month for a one bedroom apartment with AC set at 78!! And half the time the AC doesn't work!! They don't respond to maintenance calls very well with my belief that they do not relay the messages to maintenance especially after hours. And shall I say how Terrible... read more

I loved living at Campus Crossings! It was my 4th off-campus housing and by far the best. It was very convenient being close to campus and my apartment was always well-kept. Maintenance was very quick to handle any issue and the office staff was always friendly and helpful whenever I had any questions. Klarisa and Tiffani in the front office are the best and Alex is the best maintenance guy I have ever met. The dog park is awesome and the pools are fresh a'f. I wish I had found this place sooner!

I highly recommend NOT moving in here. My apartment flooded last week and the intentionality, communication, and overall access to help has been AWFUL. The general manager has put off my phone calls and requests for the last week and there is an overall apathetic attitude when trying to communicate with her. When connecting with her finally in person she put the blame on her staff saying they had not let her know of my consistent phone calls i had made to try and reach her. Not sure who to trust, but at this point I am fed u... read more

I’ve lived at Campus Crossings for close to a year now and have had a great experience. I have gotten to know the girls in the office pretty well and they are always willing to help with anything they can. I believe many of the bad reviews are due to maintenance related issues, but I believe this is strictly due to old maintenance techs leaving and then being under staffed. They recently hired new techs and they have been wonderful; I even got a new A/C! Since campus crossings is so close to campus and just a 10min walk from... read more

Lived here for about 2 years and love it. The staff is extremely helpful, and always seem to have a “drop everything and help” attitude!
